DM is a project of individual residential buildings for two brothers, with a total area of 218.6 m2. The main task for us was to create a place for relaxation with a spacious living room with a fireplace, high ceilings and large windows that give us the feeling of combining the space of the room with the street.
DM - це проєкт індивідуальних житлових будинків для двох братів, загальною площею по 218,6 м2. Основною задачею для нас було створити місце відпочинку з просторою вітальнею з каміном, високими стелями та великими вікнами, які дають нам відчуття поєднання простору приміщення з вулицею.

According to the general concept, each house is divided into 3 main functional blocks: an entrance block (with technical and service rooms), a main block with a large living room and a kitchen of 69 m2. And the block with two children's rooms of 15.5 m2 each and a large master bedroom of 21.6 m2 with its own bathroom.
За загальною концепцією кожен будинок поділяється на 3 основні функціональні блоки: вхідний блок (з технічними та обслуговуючими приміщеннями), основний блок з великою вітальнею та кухнею на 69 м2. Та блок з двома дитячими по 15,5 м2 і великою майстер – спальнею на 21,6 м2 зі своїм санвузлом.

From the outside, there is a large terrace of 105 m2, which goes around the entire perimeter of the house. One part is covered by an extension of the roof, the other by a canopy, and there is also a completely open area of the terrace where you can spend time in good weather.
Ззовні - велика тераса на 105 м2, яка обходить будинок майже по всьому периметру. Одна частина накрита продовженням даху, інша-навісом, також є і повністю відкрита ділянка тераси де можна проводити час за хорошої погоди.

One of the features of this project is wooden trusses, which we individually developed for this project. After all, it was very important not to burden the ceiling, and to create a spacious and light space.
Однією з особливостей цього проєкту є дерев`яні ферми, які ми індивідуально розробляли для цього проєкту. Адже дуже важливо було не обтяжувати стелю, та створити просторий та легкий простір.

The materials that were chosen for the decoration of the facades are rebated and wood, they are successfully combined with each other and create a harmonious plasticity of the facade. Also, to create a game of textures, we used a combination of smooth and one-piece plank with a slatted facade.
Матеріали, які були обрані для оздоблення фасадів – фальц та дерево, вони вдало поєднуються між собою та створюють гармонійну пластику фасаду. Також для створення гри фактур ми застосували поєднання гладкого та цільного планкену з рейковим фасадом.
